Split 7’’

After three years of live and studio recordings, Die Letzte Metro is proud to present its first release on vinyl with a split single featuring two tracks from PUFF and two tracks from Gym Tonic.

The first 100 copies available at the release party @ Internet Explore - 19th of October - will be on white vinyl, and the cover printed on a riso machine features artwork from Damien Tran and pictures from Jessica Stelter.

PUFF is already a kind of a cult band in Berlin, after many years performing under different line ups, and releasing a couple of singles as well as a LP on Slovenly Records, « Living In The Party Zone » (2016).

As we recorded their show for their release party last September at Bei Ruth, not only we fell in love with their crude and elegant sound but we found out that the live versions were pretty different from the ones on the album. We proposed them to record these versions in a studio session, and soon came the idea of this split single with Gym tonic, who was with their funny and energetic sharp tunes the perfect match to the darker sound of PUFF.

Like the ying and the yang of the synth punk spectrum, here are PUFF and Gym tonic!
